Can we deliver our old computers to SWEEEP?
Only if you are a business because you can't take business waste to a household waste recycling centre site. A householder has to take their WEEE to a household waste recycling centre site (HWRC site) where it is sorted and transferred to SWEEEP for processing.
How do I know all the data is off my computer if you resell it?
We offer a guaranteed data wiping service, using the latest CESG approved software. If you are worried we can alternatively shred the computers data drives in front of your eyes!

Above and beyond our core recycling business SWEEEP are always looking for ways to reduce our carbon footprint. Along with an environmental best practice strategy we are also in negotiation to source our electricity from renewable energies. What does it cost me?
Assuming you are a business it depends on what it is and how much you have. Generally mixed WEEE will cost between £20 - £95 per ton depending on content, but some IT can be a lot less. In addition to this is the collection charge if you don’t deliver. Contact us for an assessment of the charges.
